Orders and Payment
1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple:
- Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
- Go to your shopping cart and click on ‘Checkout’.
- Enter your information, choose a payment method, and complete the payment.
After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay)
- PayPal
- Klarna (pay later)
3. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email immediately.
Shipping
1. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within Europe for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the shipping cost is €7.99.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time is:
- Within the Netherlands: 4 to 10 business days.
- Within Europe: 7 to 14 business days.
Please note that delays may occur due to holidays or external circumstances.
3. Do you ship to countries outside of Europe?
At this time, we only ship within Europe. We are working to expand our shipping to other countries soon.
Returns and Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags. For more information, you can view our Return Policy.
2. How do I return an item?
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Fill out the return form (download here [link to return form]).
- Pack the item securely and include the return form.
- Send the package to the following address:

The return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We currently do not offer a direct exchange option. If you want a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order on our website.
